Date: 2009-10-07 07:50 pm (UTC)When I saw a neurologist a while ago for, among other things, diagnosis of prosopagnosia, they gave me a face recognition test. Despite the fact that I found the whole thing very stressful and frustrating, they said I did just fine on it, and didn't show any deficiency in facial recognition. I find that difficult to believe since I sure as hell can't recognize people. I'm not sure what to think about it, and I haven't really pursued it.
